Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the tools we use may receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working, secure and fast.

Information from booking platforms. If you book through Airbnb or another platform, we receive the booking details you provided to that platform, such as your name, contact information and trip dates.

Who handles your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for those services. These include:

• A form provider (Formspree), which receives contact form and sign-up submissions and delivers them to us.
• Our direct booking and property management system (Hospitable) and its payment processing partners, which handle reservations, rental agreements and payments.
• Our web hosting provider (SiteGround), which serves this website.
• Database and email tools we use to store contact details and send messages you have agreed to receive.
• Embedded tools on the site, including an Instagram feed (Elfsight), Google Fonts and, where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA spam protection.
• Airbnb, when you book through Airbnb. Airbnb handles that booking under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, guests or property, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising cookies. Some embedded tools, such as the booking widget, Instagram feed and reCAPTCHA, may set their own cookies or collect usage information under their own policies.
