Where everyone sleeps

There are three king bedrooms and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds, plus two full bathrooms. Every bedroom has a TV, a white noise machine and charging stations.

Room to spread out

The backyard works like a private resort. There is a pool that can be heated or cooled, a hot tub, a tiki bar, an outdoor kitchen and grill, a fire pit and a patio TV. Yard games include mini golf, bocce, life-size chess, cornhole, giant Connect 4, disc golf, shuffleboard and bowling.

Inside, the game room has an arcade machine, a pool table and a ping pong table, so there is something for every age when the weather turns.

What to know before booking a group

• Every overnight guest must be counted in the reservation.
• The primary guest must be 25 or older. Parties and events are not allowed.
• No pets and no smoking or vaping.
• Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM, with self check-in by keypad.

Holmes Beach is about 6 miles away, Coquina Beach 9.5, Bean Point 10 and Longboat Key Beach 13. Robinson Preserve is 1.5 miles away, Cortez fishing village 7 miles, the Bradenton Riverwalk 6.5 miles and IMG Academy 7 miles. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is about 12.5 miles away.
